The propositions concern river islands, currents, waves, and erosion and silt deposition: "The islands [formed] in rivers will have the heaviest things at the end that faces the oncoming waters rather than at the opposite end. In A, 88." B He discusses how swift water will dig out the river bottom and slow water will fill it up with particulate matter.
